Latest on Small Sanctuary. Not sure who the concept artist was for this but here is my latest for this piece. I want to get some more done before I send out my new reel. All but water made from scratch all in Unity. Trees are 2k textures for the trunk rocks are 1k each.Tree leaves are on 512 cards. branches have their own 1k sheet for all 5.

Im about halfway done with a freelance gig, might be more. Modeling Rigging, and Animating two characters for a Game in Unity. This is a part of a Concept i am putting together as my First official Modeling Texturing
Environments Reel.The Tree was pretty cool. Took me about an hour or so to make the branches. Just rigged a sculpted branch banked /turned it as a natural branch would, then duplicated and scaled each part to make more branches. Branches were all using the same texture, texture for each of the 5 sizes in same file. And your standard leaf cards. Normals made taking the diffuse, making a black and white height map, then converting that to normals in photoshop.

Older Modeling/Texuring
This was for digital sets. I initially did all the modeling in the first week, save some of the smaller details. The entire hallway was modeled.both sides and below. Along with the other courses spent the rest of the time texturing and learning Mari.
2d Creature Concepts
More old stuff. Each week we had to come up with 6 concepts then break it down to 3 finishes from what i remember. Jared would select what he wanted us to finish. I brought the Humanoid to a finish but still like the rough drawing more than the finish. These were done with a combination of sketching/photoshop painting and overlaying photos for texture. The theme for the concepts other than biped was a "dark world" one. Similar to this world but a grim overtone.

Character Concept The one i did like.
This is an older piece as well. I actually did it at the time in about 2 hours. It was part of the giant hunter project for character design.
Sculpting Work
This was my creature head done during the same term as the motorcycle. Lots of work but learned a lot about human head anatomy. I would have liked to take it further but i figured it was better to reflect on my ablities at the time.
